Meet the Chefs & Founders
Cristodoulos Pittas and Giorgos Voskou are the visionary behind our unique dining experience.
Christodoulos graduate in a Culinary Arts Management. He began his career in fine dining restaurants and five-star hotels across Cyprus and France. His professional journey took a significant turn in Paris, where he worked at a Michelin-star restaurant, mastering advanced culinary and pastry techniques. He later honed his craft at a fine dining restaurant on the Champs-Élysées, serving an elite Parisian clientele, before moving to Val Thorens to work at a luxury five-star ski resort in the French Alps.
Giorgos graduate in Culinary Arts Management, honed his skills in renowned with Michelin-star restaurant in France and continued his journey in some of the top restaurants and hotels in Cyprus. Since 2020, he has proudly represented his country as a member of the Cyprus Culinary Team, showcasing his commitment to culinary excellence on a national stage.
